A celebrated 2008 graduate of the College of Architecture at the University of Santo Tomas and recipient of the Benavides Award for Outstanding Achievement for two straight years, Ar. Eloy B. Bello VIII or Earl, is one of the three original founders of the FORENHEIT group  together with Ar. Alex Aquino and Ar. Robert Rapadas.

 

Earl is currently the Principal Architect and lead conceptual designer of FORENHEIT Studio / Architecture. He has an extensive 14-year experience in mid to high-end modern residential and commercial building design and was the Vice President for the Architectural & Engineering Design Group of PrimeHomes Real Estate Development Inc., an up and coming enterprise that has been awarded several multi-billion peso landmark projects from 2015 to 2021.

Earl was an apprentice to Ar. Gene Flancia in 2007. There, he attended ocular inspections, did in-house encoding for several residential condominium projects of ETON, and was a design team member for the ASCEND Club project in Fort Bonifacio Global City.

He was also part of the design team and became design project manager for G&W Architects in 2009 under the mentorship of Ar. Richard M. Garcia, the 2022 UAP National President, and completed the conceptual design for the Johnson & Johnson Business Processing Office in their Headquarters in Paranaque.

Earl is a  good standing member of the United Architects of the Philippines (UAP), and was appointed Chairman for Sports for UAP Quezon City Main Chapter for the fiscal year of 2019 - 2020, wherein he formed the United Architects Basketball League during his tenure. He was also voted as an officer for the Architects Basketball Union, a prestigious and long standing Club for Licensed Architects in the Philippines who are passionate about the sport of basketball. He was appointed Vice President for Tournaments of the said Club.
