Engr. Rouel M. Sta. Rita, or Rouel as we usually call him, is an experienced Civil Engineer who is highly responsible for leading the overall direction and management of his projects. He ensures that the construction project management plans are carried out expeditiously and accurately in a manner acceptable to the client. His position in Forenheit demands complete responsibility from start to finish of the construction project, thus requiring him extensive knowledge of the latest construction project management methods, techniques & practices including contract negotiation skills and proven ability to maintain cost-effective operations.

He graduated with a BS Civil Engineering Degree from Bulacan State University in 2008 and became concreting engineer for Megawide Construction Corporation's University Tower II and A Place (One Coralway) from March 2010 to April 2011.

​

In 2011, he decided to join the best project management company in the country at that time, Design Coordinates , Inc. There, he was exposed to different projects as Construction Project Engineer, Senior Construction Project Engineer, Construction Project Manager and then as Senior Project Manager in 2019. His project experience includes Solaire Manila, Solaire North, Sky Villas, Parklinks North Tower, Gateway Tower II, the Galleon Office and Retail Building, the Araneta Coliseum Parking Building  and lastly, Larossa Phase 1 in PrimeHomes Capitol Hills where he met both Ar. Eloy B. Bello VIII and Ar. Jenny Lorenz M. Bello.

Rouel completed his Construction Occupational Safety and Health Seminar while with Design Coordinates Inc. and also the Authorized Managing Officer Seminar from SPECS in 2022.
